Twelve24 to Tour Schools in Southeastern CT

This March, Southeastern Connecticut welcomes the Message’s newest schools band from Manchester, England – Twelve24. In partnership with The Lifefaqs Foundation and f2fmi, Twelve24 will join us for a week in the schools of Southeastern Connecticut for the Transform: Be Exemplary Tour.
“Our goal is to introduce our CHOICES curriculum to our community in a fun and relevant way to teenagers,” says Tom Miyashiro, the Lifefaqs Schools Work Coordinator. “We think we can serve both churches and schools by offering a top quality school assembly program encouraging young people to be exemplary people and therefore empower them to make decisions that will positively impact their future.”
Indeed, this ambitious campaign will do just that: through f2fmi, Twelve24 will tour area youth groups and churches; through Lifefaqs, the schools, group homes as well as any other youth clubs we can get in to in our community. Miyashiro hopes to do as many as 25 different events during the week and then celebrate it out with a big concert on the weekend.
